How To Apply?
ONLINE APPLICATION FORM
Step 1: Scan the QR code or click on “REGISTER NOW” button and fill in the online membership form.
Step 2: After you have fill in all the blanks and check that all information is correct, please click the SUBMIT button.
Remember to denote your payment by typing “ROSE MEMBERSHIP” at the reference box. Once that is done, please email to us at my@sarawakrose.org your proof of payment/receipt and refer to your NAME and MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION.
